Hi RioMIV, I don't think the Unwrap UVW modifier in 3ds Max will display stretching and compression like that shown in your attached image. Are you saying that you currently use 'headus UVLayout' from? If so then I think it is best to stick with that. I always use 'headus UVLayout' for UV unwrapping because it makes the whole process very fast (once you learn the keyboard shortcuts) and gives the nice coloured stretching and compression for visual feedback.

3ds Max has some bugs when importing UVs from obj files which means you must use the MaxScript plugin that can be found on the headus discussion board. Hope that helps.
