At first I thought this was just driver related, but I have come to the realization that Windows 10 is one of the core reasons why games are crashing, or not starting at all. Also, in some cases messing up functions of some applications completely. I thought I should point this out because while either its the result of the AMD driver updates, or Win 10 itself, I have gained some pretty good performance increase in games. However, it still doesn't help the fact that programs and feature are being broken at the expense of some of the main features and programs I use everyday. I have tried this, as well as sent a report on the feedback app prior to this post, and there has been no difference what so ever. This is something Win 10 related that probably needs to be fixed with an update. I'm just looking for direct support to see if there is an up front temporary solution until this problem is fixed, and I can spread the word to other that are having issues.

Now with build 525 only 22 or 3 of my card games wont load even though they worked before. Hey Sonicnerd15; I work over on the PC Gaming team and was wondering if you could provide me some of the games that aren't working on your machine, along with any information you have about your specs? Are your games mostly Steam games or are they from some other source. In the meantime, you may want to try right-clicking on any Steam games that aren't working and go to PROPERTIES - LOCAL FILES - VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE On older builds on Windows 10, if I had issues with games not launching specifically, I'd have to try to reverify the cache. Any info you can get me about these games and your configuration will help the team a ton in figuring out what's going on. Friend of mine made me a program to give dozens of programs in a single click 'administrative' privileges simultaneously instead of having to always navigate compatibility options. Don't know if I'm allowed to post the link to his website though. What mostly got fixed in Win 8.1 came back ferociously in Windows 10. Had to disable UAC via the registry as UAC on the lowest setting prevented drag and drop functions completely with shortcuts on Rocketdock and wouldn't allow programs and several driver based programs-controllers, sound card, etc-to auto start with Windows. Also, in advanced security settings NONE of my programs, games or drivers gave me full control.
I had to manually add my ADMINISTRATIVE account to every single one to get full permissions (still a lot to go). Don't get me started on how many user identities are listed! Couldn't even fit all 46 of them in this screenshot LOL I've highlighted my account. I know a couple of the Touhou series of games, mainly 06-10, have some issues not going into a proper 640x480 full screen resolution or have such an accelerated frame rate, screen flicker, or shows the window and using compatibility mode or vsync / framerate cap is useless. They are Japanese in origin and have English patches applied.
As the maker of the game 'ZUN' has stated, he doesn't mind if the games are shared. It's mainly the 'Classic Era' i hope to see fixed. They worked fine with i was playing on Windows 7 64-bit, specs have not changed since the upgrade.
