Compton rapper the Game (born Jayceon Terrell Taylor) emerged as one of the early 2000s' rawest voices from the West Coast hip-hop scene. Inspired by N.W.A, The Chronic, Doggystyle, and classic albums from 2Pac, the Notorious B.I.G., and Jay-Z, Game began rapping in 2001 and never looked back.
